In the southern part of Yangon city called downtown is very comfortable to walk because of well-maintained during the former British period. However one block is about 200㎡ and it’s tough to move by walk. The sun light is quite strong and many people walk with parasols.
You can see the buildings and churches over 100 years ago. Compare to urban area of Thailand or Cambodia, Yangon is little dark with less lighting, but you can see Shwedagon Pagoda temple lighted up beautifully.
"Myanmar beer" is very popular among foreigners and you can enjoy nice draft beer at around 100 Yen.
Our company is located in the Rhin Thaya area, 30 minutes from the airport and a 30-minute drive to the city centre. The Rhinthaya area has a very large number of sewing factories and travel time to the factories is mostly within 30 minutes.
